MiTanda is a decentralized platform that enables users to participate in rotating savings circles ("tandas") using smart contracts on the blockchain.

MiTanda is not a financial institution. We do not offer financial advice or investment services. Participation in a tanda is a peer-to-peer activity and should be treated as such.

3. No Guarantees

While smart contracts automate the process, we do not guarantee returns or the behavior of other participants.

4. Eligibility

To use MiTanda, you must have a compatible crypto wallet and access to USDC on the Base blockchain.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You use MiTanda at your own risk. We are not responsible for losses or missed payments caused by other users or by blockchain/network issues.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
